What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship only within the 48 contiguous United States. International shipping is not available. Orders to locations where additional fees may apply (such as U.S. islands) may be denied or may require the customer to pay extra fees for processing.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

What shipping options do you offer?

Products ship directly from our manufacturers, who select the best carrier for each order. We use both small parcel carriers (such as UPS and FedEx) and LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight/common carriers for larger items. LTL deliveries include curbside service with liftgate: pallets are placed on your driveway or sidewalk, but carriers do not assist with final placement or unpacking. How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing times vary by manufacturer and product availability, which is listed on each product page. After shipping, small parcel deliveries typically arrive within 4–7 business days, while LTL freight deliveries may take 6–15 business days, depending on location. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, all orders placed with Garden-Fountains.com include free shipping within the contiguous United States.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with shipping and tracking information. For LTL freight, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

What should I do if I never received my order?

What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?
