Shipping policy

Shipping Locations

  • Our products ship exclusively to the 48 contiguous United States.
  • International shipping is not available.
  • Garden-Fountains.com reserves the right to deny orders to shipping locations where additional fees may apply. Alternatively, customers may opt to pay these fees to proceed with order processing in special circumstances, such as deliveries to United States islands.

Shipping Methods

  • Products are shipped using UPS, FedEx, or LTL Freight/Common Carrier, depending on the manufacturer’s discretion to ensure safe delivery.
  • For LTL Freight/Common Carrier shipments:
    • Items are securely packaged for optimal protection. Packaging may be secured to pallets, depending on the item.
    • Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once the item ships. The trucking company will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time.
    • Residential and liftgate delivery is provided for each shipment. The trucking company will unload the pallet onto your property (driveway or sidewalk if no driveway is available). However, they will not assist with final placement or unpacking.

Delivery Address Changes

  • Any changes to the delivery address after shipment will incur additional fees. Reconsignment will only occur once these fees are paid in full.

Inspection Upon Delivery

  • Inspect the pallet thoroughly before signing for the delivery driver. If unable to inspect fully, note "unable to inspect for hidden damage" on the delivery slip.
  • Report any visible damage immediately. Refer to the "Damages and Claims" section for further instructions.

Damages and Claims

  • If damage is found upon delivery, it must be noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of receipt.
  • Claims for damages or missing items must be reported to our customer care department within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Manufacturers may require photos of damaged items for replacement or credit purposes. You may also need to retain damaged goods and packaging for inspection by the shipping company until claims are resolved.
