Campania International's glazed and terra cotta planters are expertly handcrafted from Natural clay using traditional artisanal techniques. Fired at temperatures between 990 and 1000 degrees Celsius, they deliver exceptional frost resistance and durability. The Natural glazing elements baked onto the surfaces significantly enhance weather resistance. Each planter showcases unique beauty and character, offering a wide array of textures, colors, and finishes that perfectly complement contemporary and traditional designs. Our rigorous quality control procedures ensure they withstand freeze-thaw conditions. These planters are designed for indoor and outdoor use and perform excellently with proper care in regions experiencing freeze-thaw cycles.

No planter is completely frost-proof. Freeze-thaw cycles in winter can cause the water inside to freeze and expand, leading to cracks. It's best to store planters in a dry location, away from the elements. The glazed and terracotta planters have pre-installed drainage holes. To prevent debris from clogging these holes, cover them with a mesh screen. Fill the bottom with non-porous drainage material, then add a well-draining soil mix. Finally, top with decorative mulch or pine bark to discourage water pooling.
